Job Title: Business Unit Head - Water Business

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Head to lead our water-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of all water-related projects, including large-scale irrigation systems and water treatment plant installations.
  • Oversee the complete EPC cycle from tendering and estimation to project execution and handover.
  • Manage a team of Segment Managers and Project Managers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

As the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for developing annual operational plans, budgets, and manpower/resource allocation for irrigation and water treatment projects. You will also oversee preparation, review, and submission of tenders and bids for irrigation projects and water treatment plants.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 12-18 years of experience in water infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in execution of irrigation projects and water treatment plants.
