Job Description
The Site Manager - Real Estate Projects will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from design stage to final handover to customers. This includes tracking spends against allocated project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution to ensure timeliness, quality of construction, and overall profitability.
- Track and monitor progress of construction activities with respect to final drawings, design, construction schedule, and budget.
- Certify bills of consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Follow up with accounts to ensure timely payment.
- Select suitable contractors, consultants, and vendors for various contracts.
Requirements:
Education: BE Civil or B.Tech Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in the construction industry in managing projects on site.
Experience: Experience in managing consultants and contractors to complete goals, objectives, and schedules.
Skills: Understanding of the real estate development business, construction management, project management, new technologies in the construction industry, knowledge of latest technologies and materials, value engineering, MS Project.
