Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive property management services, including site operations, contract procurement, financial management, and team management.
  • Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications.
  • Prepare property management budgets and perform CAM collection.
  • Manage the budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service.
  • Responsible for meeting financial targets for the account and support finding new avenues for increase in revenue.
  • Closing all audit findings.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports from the sites.
  • Attrition Management at sites.
  • Responsible for tracking and closure of open operational items.
  • Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.

Requirements:
  • At least ten years experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experienced and Professional approach.
  • Fostering teamwork and excellence.
  • Good Communicator.
