International Sales Strategist for Arbelos Solutions

About the Role:
As a highly skilled International Sales Strategist for Arbelos Solutions, you will lead our global sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our international presence. You will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international markets to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international markets to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
2. Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape in target regions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in international markets to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Leadership:
Lead and mentor the international sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure targets are met.
5. Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
7. Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
-8+ years of experience in international sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
-Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-Willingness to travel internationally as required.
