Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished BIM Expert Leader to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and methodologies.

You will provide strategic direction and oversight to assigned project teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to industry best practices.

  • Develop innovative technical solutions to complex problems, leveraging the latest BIM tools and software.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM processes into project workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior team members on BIM technologies and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in PHE design and BIM implementation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards related to PHE systems.
