Job Title: CAD / BIM Engineers

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced CAD / BIM engineers to fill the position of senior technical supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing packages of CAD / BIM work with minimal supervision, technically supervising junior team members, and completing tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technically supervise junior team members in the implementation of CAD / BIM projects
  • Manage packages of CAD / BIM work with minimal supervision
  • Responsible for completion of tasks assigned
  • Capable of producing Revit models independently in coordination with Architecture/MEP etc.
  • Should have working experience on Reinforced concrete and Steel Structures
  • Should have working experience of developing independently GA's, Sections and Detail drawings (RC and Steel)
  • Competent to check the work of other team members
  • Able to assign and check the Detailing work
  • Demonstrates adequate knowledge of work procedures
  • Developing an understanding of the commercial aspects of project management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of advanced level of troubleshooting experience with different CAD / BIM technologies
  • Interface experience with project management team and senior engineers
  • Team leadership abilities and people management skills
  • Clear understanding of career aspirations of self
  • Communication Ability to listen, understand and follow instructions
  • Communicates concerns to immediate Supervisor
  • Discuss career goals and aspirations
  • Bacic command of oral and technical writing skills
  • Expresses technical ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Issuing clear and precise instructions to team members
  • Expresses enthusiasm/confidence in technical decisions
