This Lead Developer - Dynamics 365 role involves key participation in designing and implementing CRM solutions. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.

  • Technical knowledge and experience with all phases of development are required.
  • Strong knowledge in plug-in development/registration is essential.
  • Complete documentation including source codes, technical specifications, and unit test results is needed.
  • Support for UAT, production, and defect fixing is part of this job.
  • Automated testing (technical and functional) is also included in the responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM development experience.
  • Knowledge in C# development, JavaScript, Power Apps, React, Node JS, TypeScript, and Azure Function/Logic apps/Web Jobs.
  • Agile and SCRUM experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
