Job Title:

Mobile and Web Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in building cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web) with a strong focus on scalability and accessibility.

The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter, implementing state management effectively for scalable applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements, writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance across platforms, ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps, and staying up-to-date with Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter
  • Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management
