  • Job Description:
  • Implement scrum practices across teams, ensuring consistency and addressing deviations as they arise.
  • Establish sprint cadence and work with product owners to maintain a ready and groomed sprint backlog.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, review, daily scrum, refinement meetings, and retrospectives at the team level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Scrum Masters: Provide guidance and assistance to Scrum Masters, helping them resolve impediments and improve team performance.
  • Leader and Mentor: Act as a leader and mentor for Scrum Masters within the organization, developing their skills and capabilities.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate coordination between multiple Scrum teams, particularly in large-scale projects or programs.
  • Monitoring Progress: Track the progress of Scrum teams, ensuring they meet their goals and deliver value.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
  • 7-9 years of marketing experience, with 3-4 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
  • Large/enterprise experience using Agile methodologies preferred but not required.
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in similar roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, task definition, and other Agile terminology.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams in agile practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication.
  • Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Understand and empathize with team members and stakeholders.
