Leading Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) professionals are in high demand to analyze and interpret real-world data. As a seasoned HEOR Associate, you will be instrumental in advancing our understanding of the Life Sciences industries.

The role requires expertise in scientific and methodological aspects of observational database analytics and evidence synthesis with minimal supervision. You will provide consultation on internal RWE databases studies/analyses, execute RWE studies/analyses using SAS, and generate high-quality deliverables such as data tables, graphs, charts, and study reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, outcomes research, health policy, or similar field.
  • At least 2 years' hands-on experience in observational data studies.
  • Proficiency in professional programming skills with SAS, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and study management skills.
  • Ability to communicate detailed HEOR study results in a clear, non-technical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation on internal RWE databases studies/analyses including objectives, study design, data source identification, protocol development, statistical analysis, and interpretation.
  • Execute RWE studies/analyses using SAS based on claim database, EMR database, registry data, and public used files.
  • Generate high-quality, readily interpretable deliverables such as data tables, graphs, charts, and study reports.
  • Develop mock table shells, prepare specifications, and ensure quality control on analyses conducted by junior programmers.
  • Effectively manage and track all studies/analyses to ensure timelines are met and stakeholders are aware of project status.
  • Communicate research findings internally and externally, as appropriate.
  • Implement latest methodologies and analytical techniques.
