We're launching a dedicated advertorial and listicle department to supercharge our creative funnel.

Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will design high-converting static and animated creatives for advertorials, product showcases, and listicle-driven ad campaigns.

Craft scroll-stopping visuals that align with performance marketing strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad platforms.

Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to align messaging and visuals for direct-response outcomes.

Maintain brand consistency across multiple eCommerce brands and verticals.

Contribute to A/B testing ideas and analyze what creative elements drive clicks and conversions.

Work in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment with multiple deliverables each week.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives.
  • Deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling.
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar motion/GIF tools).
  • Proven ability to design for mobile-first audiences.
  • Experience in direct-response marketing, particularly in paid social and display advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
