Job Title:

Visual Storyteller

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creatively driven Visual Storyteller to create impactful animated explainer videos and support various digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, solution explainers, marketing demos, etc.)
  • Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects
  • Create and deliver motion graphics in various media, including web and mobile
  • Work with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives
  • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, and other design elements
  • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
  • Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and design standards

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with 3ds Max and Cinema 4D is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong project management skills
  • Ability to respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and stakeholder feedback to improve creative work in future iterations
