Job Title: Senior Audio Hardware Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development of next-generation automotive audio systems.

As a senior audio hardware architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving the hardware architecture and component selection/decision for our automotive audio system. This role involves close collaboration with vehicle architecture/system design, safety engineer, and buyer/purchasing teams to ensure that the chosen components meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements.

You will specialize in selecting and recommending next-generation semiconductor solutions for automotive audio, circuit/PCB designing, and developing electronic components and systems that power car audio systems. Your focus will be on ensuring high-quality sound and seamless integration with vehicle technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive hardware architecture and component selection/decision for automotive audio system
  • Collaborate with vehicle architecture/system design, safety engineer, and buyer/purchasing teams
  • Specialize in selecting and recommending next-generation semiconductor solutions for automotive audio
  • Circuit/PCB designing and developing electronic components and systems
  • Ensure high-quality sound and seamless integration with vehicle technology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architectural role
  • Knowledge of In-vehicle infotainment system, Audio system, Automotive vehicle connectivity systems, and ECU design, development, and testing
  • Experience in automotive ECU design, Audio standards, automotive testing and certification
  • Strong teamwork spirit, excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive area (OEM, TIER1, TIER2)
  • Understanding and knowledge of Board software/Bring up software, Audio DSP, and MCUs
  • Knowledge of safety standards including ISO 26262, Euro NAP, and Security regulations would be a plus
