Job Description

Solution Architect - Embedded Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing system-level specifications for embedded systems product development.

Your primary objective will be to provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring that all solutions meet the required design standards and performance optimization strategies.

You will work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system-level specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop system-level specifications for embedded systems product development
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system-level specifications
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs
  • Develop highly optimized secured code and debug integration of firmware applications
  • Participate in release strategies and prepare release notes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • C programming skills
  • Ability to create Embedded C programs
  • Knowledge of Microcontrollers and developing embedded FW for Microcontroller-based devices
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Good knowledge of interrupt handlers and protocols like I2C, MIPI standard and HW blocks like Timers, GPIO's
  • Knowledge of Unix environment and SimVision for debug purpose
  • Experience with System Verilog IP Subsystem and SOC development environment
  • Knowledge of MISRA 2004 and 2012 Coding guidelines
  • PC-lint, LDRA, PRQA and CAN Tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
