About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our growing team in Bangalore.

As a Commercial Real Estate Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering high-quality portfolio monitoring and CRE lending services to clients.

  • Location: Gurgaon/ Bangalore (work from office)
  • Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST
  • Department: Lending Services
  • Experience Level: 2-14 years


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing commercial properties by analyzing financial, leases and rent roll data
  • Performing complex tasks with minimal support from supervisor
  • Identifying ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement
  • Responsible for adherence to client SLAs and Policies
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks with detailed understanding on client requirement within stipulated timelines
  • Responsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigants


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of U.S. Commercial Real Estate industry across all property types - Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Lodging and Healthcare
  • Experience in analyzing CRE loan originations, analyzing third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering) and preparation of Asset Summary Report
  • Excel functions (mandatory), not VBA
  • Understanding of various data sources like REIS, CoStar
