As a Business Advisor, you will support internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations.

This role is critical in ensuring processes align with policies, regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and perform thorough risk analysis across business functions
  • Improve process efficiency and ensure business impacts
  • Assist in building and executing internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management framework
  • Partner with functional heads to maintain risk register and support mitigation plans
  • Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, Environmental Social Governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance teams as needed
  • Participate & Drive standardization automation projects for process optimization

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance
  • Strong first principles thinking and business acumen
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset
