As a Finance Executive, you will support our Finance and Accounting team in managing budgets, forecasts, and reports. You will provide strategic financial guidance and align financial goals with overall company objectives, learning from the Finance Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain project/client data for informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in a Finance team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details
  • Well-versed with MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
