Lead Accountant Position

The ideal candidate for this Lead Accountant role is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong accounting fundamentals and excellent Excel skills.

The individual should have prior experience in general ledger management and be able to work effectively under tight deadlines. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support reporting and decision-making.
