Lead UI/UX Designer for Innovative Digital Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team at Langoor. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive business results.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create successful and intuitive designs that contribute to market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project management and development teams to conceptualize, design, and prototype web features and applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create UI components and designs that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Create static and dynamic prototypes that effectively communicate ideas and showcase solutions.
  • Assist with the development of front-end features and ensure compatibility and quality across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate ideas and solutions.
  • Work with development and QA teams to ensure compatibility and quality.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create successful and intuitive designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and rapid prototyping tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, and JQuery.
  • Familiarity with PHP and other programming languages.
  • Experience developing successful and intuitive designs that contribute to market leadership.
  • Presentation skills to sell solutions to stakeholders.
  • Passion for solving problems and making complex systems easy to use.
  • User-centered design processes and methods.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
