About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our Digital Innovation team at Airbus India Private Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered experiences that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

  • Leverage your expertise in UX design to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our designs and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow in their careers.

About You

  • You have a degree in Design or a related field, such as Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Visual Communication.
  • You have a strong portfolio of UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and experience.
  • You are proficient in design applications like Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe CC.
  • You have excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • You are able to rapidly prototype and iterate designs.
  • You have experience working with agile engineering methods and version control systems like Git.
  • You are passionate about design and able to effectively share your point of view and expertise with project team members.
  • You have a strong understanding of HTML and CSS.

Requirements

  • You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 4-8 years of development experience.
  • You have experience working with rich web application development frameworks like React, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • You have knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and experience building and deploying cloud solutions.
  • You have advanced level English language skills.
