Job Description:

Your Impact:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to drive key projects and enhance developer and operations productivity. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and ensuring all outcomes and key results are met.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate with credit risk and product teams to drive overall strategy, planning, and alignment across technical projects.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor engineering managers and their teams.
  • Be part of a transformative journey of the Credit organization with automation and AI.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholder groups.
  • Enforce clean code and comprehensive testing for scalability and reliability.
  • Hire and retain top talent for the team.

What You Need:

  • 15+ years' experience in software architecture, design, and development of highly scalable applications.
  • 10+ years of experience in people and organizational management in a global enterprise environment, along with experience leading managers.
  • Exceptional people and leadership skills, ability to empower people, uphold accountability, and achieve results.
  • Strong technical expertise combined with business savvy, big picture vision, and proven ability to drive results.
  • Strong collaborator who can build lasting, productive partnerships.
  • BS/MS/PHD in computer science or equivalent work experience.
