As a Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for managing banking transactions and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage account opening, change of signatories, and periodic Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts based on business plans and update them regularly as per actual inflows and outflows.
  • Identify and deploy available surplus in pre-approved investment avenues to generate optimal returns, considering safety, liquidity, and returns.
  • Analyze currency-wise FX exposure, seek guidance from bankers on expected FX movement, and execute required hedging deals as directed by management.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines while executing all transactions.
  • Process statutory payments like Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Provident Fund (PF), and Professional Tax (PT) before due dates.
  • Closure of treasury-related transactions, including reconciliation of interest and TDS, balance confirmations, and coordination with internal and statutory auditors.
  • Send daily/monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) to leadership, detailing liquidity position, projections, and investment portfolio.
