Streamline Operations with Expert Automation

We seek an exceptional Automation Specialist to craft, deploy and manage seamless automation systems that enhance our back-office processes.

The goal is straightforward: eliminate manual tasks, ensure reliability and meet regulatory requirements. We aim for workflows that "just work" — always.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated document processing (receipts, contracts, audit packs).
  • Create Slack command workflows (/receipt, /contract, /auditpack) for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document creation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).
  • Integrate DocuSign for efficient e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding processes for Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI).
  • Route leads from funnels (ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel) and classify them via AI.
  • Develop compliance-oriented workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Bulk dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Evaluate all workflows for security, compliance, and reliability standards.
  • Publish documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and provide training for internal users.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in no-code automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace automation.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Operational mindset: able to map complex business processes into structured workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong documentation habits.
