Automation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve sustainability.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements. They should also have hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
  • Analyse and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create CI/CD pipelines include automated testing.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs.
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
