Job Opportunity: Associate Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as an Associate Research Scientist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology or biotechnology, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing mycorrhiza using the ROC method
  • Basic knowledge of tissue culture
  • Preparing growth promotion media for microbes and tissue culture
  • Isolating, identifying, and purifying beneficial microbes from soil and other sources
  • Maintaining pH levels and checking contamination of culture media and broth at FCO parameters
  • Preparing inoculums and testing them at FCO parameters
  • Knowledge about CIP and SIP of fermenters
  • Knowledge of fungi and bacteria fermentation by batch fermentation and SSF
  • Formulating biofertilizers and biopesticides in granules, powder, and liquid
  • Analyzing raw materials and finished products at FCO parameters
  • Handling instruments like autoclaves, LAFs, microscopes, centrifuges, and pH meters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in microbiology, biotechnology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of microbial ecology and genetics
  • Excellent laboratory skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
