Research Scientist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in the field of microbiology and biotechnology, with a focus on developing novel biofertilizers and biopesticides.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop mycorrhiza using the ROC method
  • Analyze raw materials and finished products at FCO parameters
  • Handle instruments like Autoclave, LAF, Microscope, Centrifuge & pH meter
  • Maintain pH levels and check contamination of culture media and broth
  • Prepare growth promotion media for microbes and tissue culture
  • Isolate, identify & purify beneficial microbes from soil & other sources
  • Purify beneficial microbes from soil & other sources
  • Test inoculums at FCO parameters
  • Formulate biofertilizer & Biopesticide in granules, powder & liquid
  • Knowledge of fungi & Bacteria fermentation by Batch fermentation & SSF

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in relative field
  • Strong knowledge of microbiology and biotechnology principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
