We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecommunications Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our global support team, you will provide Tier 3 telephony and hardware support for clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers, including fault isolation and resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network problems
  • Document internal processes and mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients, utilizing your extensive knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
