Job Title: Integration Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN and transport equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration and Commissioning: Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) nodes for various projects.
  • Nokia AirScale and Flexi BTS: Work on Nokia AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • New Site Integrations: Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting and Testing: Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with field engineers and project managers to ensure successful site acceptance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G).
  • Nokia AirScale and Flexi BTS: Hands-on experience with Nokia AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • LTE/5G Architecture: Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.
  • NetAct/ENM and OSS Tools: Familiarity with NetAct/ENM, Nokia OSS tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Communication: Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution, good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
