Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our Enterprise SaaS platform development. This role will play a critical part in delivering a world-class customer experience.

The TPM will partner with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery and execution of the platform engineering roadmap. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive AI-first program thinking by grounding decisions in metrics and structured narratives.
  • Identify dependencies and risks early and mitigate them before they become a crisis.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance engineering productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in TPM roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS/cloud architecture.
  • Strong technical foundation in system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
  • Ability to manage fast-changing priorities and bring clarity to ambiguity.
Preferred Skills
  • API design principles, performance, scalability, and security.
  • Observability and monitoring, exposure to APM tools like Datadog.
  • Knowledge of authentication vs authorization, enterprise integrations, and identity & access management frameworks.
