We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to fill a pivotal role within our organization. As a key member of the team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through meticulous testing and analysis.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to guarantee software quality.
  • Perform extensive database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Maintain adherence to organizational software development and testing standards.
  • Analyze test results and provide clear, detailed reports on software performance and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in software testing (candidates with strong knowledge are welcome to apply).
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Manual testing
  • Automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
  • Database testing using SQL
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
