Software Quality Assurance Specialist">We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist to join our quality assurance team. As an SQA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies, automation development, and collaboration with development teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web applications, mobile apps, and APIs
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
Test Automation Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
  • Build and enhance CI/CD testing pipelines
  • Create automated API tests using Postman or similar tools
  • Maintain test automation frameworks and improve test coverage
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Provide feedback on requirements and user stories from a testing perspective
  • Contribute to improving testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress)
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman) and version control systems (Git)
