System Administrator and Integration Developer Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer, configure, and manage the NetSuite platform. This role will ensure proper user access and system functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the NetSuite platform, including roles, permissions, and system settings.
  • Implement system updates and new features as needed, working with internal teams.
  • Build custom applications integrating with the NetSuite platform.
  • Maintain those custom-build applications, tweak or make changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments and business units to gather requirements and brainstorm on ideas.
  • Develop, maintain integration between NetSuite and other applications.
  • Administer OpenAir configurations and integrations with NetSuite.
  • Create designs and prototypes based on gathered requirements.
  • Test and deploy custom integration projects using necessary services.
  • Provide training and documentation to end users.
  • Generate presentations or reports to present ideas.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, developer, or in a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Good working knowledge of REST services, SOAP web services, and API integration.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, SuiteScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Database management experience or knowledge of relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help in identifying and solving business problems.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate with various groups.
  • Exceptional Time-management skills.
  • Quick ramp-up and adaptability is helpful in this role.
