Job Description:

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and contribute to the development of a trusted, scalable and compliant platform? As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building innovative payment solutions that empower both individual consumers and large-scale institutions within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Our team is dedicated to crafting state-of-the-art payment infrastructures and experiences that facilitate the seamless transition of traditional currency into the crypto landscape. We aim to drive widespread adoption of crypto-centric products such as Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Decentralized Applications (DApps), and cryptocurrency exchanges.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing platforms for the payments organization, providing technical structure to teams, and working closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps. You will also design scalable systems to solve novel problems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.

We are looking for a highly skilled software engineer with 10+ years of experience in architecting large scale distributed systems. You should have designed, built, scaled and maintained production services, and know how to compose a service oriented architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in architecting large scale distributed systems
  • Strong technical skills for system design and coding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a bias toward open, transparent cultural practices
