Workplace Interior Designer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project.

  • You will collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.
  • You will apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • You will develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • You will create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • You will select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • You will follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.
  • You will work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope, maintaining productivity and quality targets.
  • You will attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice.
  • You will continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.
Requirements:
  • You must have strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop, and Enscape.
  • You must have excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • You must be able to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • You must have strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • You must be flexible to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • You must be able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • You must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • You must have proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • You must have creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • You must have a portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
  • You must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
