Senior Interior Design Lead

The role of the Senior Interior Design Lead is to oversee and lead a team in planning and executing interior design projects.

This involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

They also guide and mentor junior designers, manage vendor relationships, and stay updated on industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Team Management

Client Collaboration
  • Understanding project needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts.
Project Management
  • Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.
Design Development
  • Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and feasible.
Coordination and Collaboration
  • Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.
Design Expertise
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
