Technical Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Modeling Specialist to join our design and engineering team in Nashik, India. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate detailed models for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex 3D models with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
  • Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Create and manage custom Revit families as per project scope.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance with BIM execution plans, and project standards.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and model reviews.
  • Support the resolution of design coordination issues within the model.
  • Collaborate with the design team, with preference for candidates experienced in industrial buildings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Technical Modeling Specialist.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
  • Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination in BIM workflows.
  • Experience working on industrial projects is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create custom families and maintain project standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
