Role Description

About Amber is a long-term accommodation booking platform for students. We help 80 million+ students worldwide find and book full-time accommodations near their universities, without the hassle of negotiation, non-standardized paperwork, and cumbersome payment processes.

We are the largest and fastest-growing student housing platform globally, with 1 million+ units listed in six countries and across one hundred plus cities. Our team is passionate about making international mobility and living seamless and accessible.

The ideal candidate will be a curious, creative, and driven individual who loves writing and is eager to learn how SEO works. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in creating content that ranks, engages, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
  • Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for blogs, landing pages, product pages, and other web assets.
  • Optimize content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.).
  • Update and refresh existing content to improve performance and relevancy.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and content trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry news.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong written English and a flair for storytelling or informative writing.
  • Interest in SEO, digital marketing, and how search engines work.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
  • Familiarity with blogs, newsletters, or writing platforms (your personal blog or writing portfolio is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO tools (like Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs) is a bonus—not mandatory.
