Contract Management Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to land acquisition, leases, construction, and services.

Legal & Regulatory Advisory

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, update policies accordingly, and advise on the legal impacts of regulatory changes and business strategies.

Litigation & External Counsel

Candidates should coordinate with external lawyers, track cases, manage documentation, and control legal costs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Internal teams such as RERA, CRM, Contracts, Projects, and Sales require support on legal matters and dispute resolution.

Risk & Contract Management

Legal risks should be identified, and contracts drafted, reviewed, and negotiated. The contract lifecycle should be managed to mitigate legal risks.

Strategic & Leadership Role

The leader will provide legal input for strategy and statutory compliance, lead and develop the legal team, fostering an ethical and collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B or LL.M from a reputed institution.
  • 15+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate or infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in handling real estate litigation, regulatory matters, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong exposure to working with external legal counsel and managing complex cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • High integrity, business acumen, and attention to detail.
