Healthcare Counsellor

Role Overview:

A dedicated and empathetic healthcare counsellor is required to counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, packages, financials, and post-treatment care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel patients on treatment options and facilities in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Handle patient inquiries and convert them into registrations/bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient awareness and reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (healthcare/management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
