Nutrition Expert

Dietitian Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with a focus on occupational health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of employees to identify their dietary needs, providing personalized recommendations for improvement.
2. Design and implement effective menu plans for large-scale canteen operations, ensuring alignment with occupational health and energy needs.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care, addressing the physical and mental wellbeing of employees.
4. Maintain accurate records of dietary assessments, menu plans, and interventions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
5. Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management.
6. Counsel employees on healthy eating practices, promoting a culture of wellbeing in the workplace.
7. Develop comprehensive nutrition programs to support worker wellbeing, immunity, and energy levels.
8. Provide expert guidance on food quality, hygiene standards, and portioning in canteens, ensuring compliance with nutrition and safety norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or an equivalent field.
• Registered Dietician certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare principles.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.
