**Job Title: Lead Backend Developer**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in backend development and take on leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications using NodeJS. Expert knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, is essential. A proven track record of working on large-scale projects handling millions of requests per month is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using NodeJS and MongoDB.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement data-driven solutions.

  • Optimize existing APIs for performance and implement data denormalization/decoupling techniques using queues.

  • Develop high-quality, reusable, and bug-free APIs that meet business requirements.

  • Familiarize yourself with AWS Services like API Gateway, Lambdas, SNS, SQS, and SES.
