Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior developer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with a focus on Node.js, as well as expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.

They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, collaborating with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.

Additionally, the successful candidate will write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices, optimize application performance, security, and scalability, implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for smooth deployments, lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
  • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
