Job Title: Transformation Specialist

 

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful transition projects, with a focus on solution development and execution.

  • A. Transition Solution:
    • Support the design and implementation of customized transition solutions for clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Transition Managers, to provide input on solution sizing and resource allocation.
    • Create detailed project plans, identifying critical milestones and deliverables, and monitor progress against established timelines.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, highlighting any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
    • Support the development of high-quality content and presentations for client bid defense, working collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Contribute to due-diligence exercises, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • B. Transition Execution:
    • Collaborate with Transition Managers to develop and implement effective transition strategies, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver transition programs, leveraging expertise and best practices to drive success.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the transition process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program/tower-level issues, driving resolution and ensuring continuity.
    • Support transition closure activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • C. Transition CoE Initiatives:
    • Pursue opportunities to enhance the transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools, and templates, contributing to ongoing improvement and innovation.
    • Support the preparation of content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues and partners.
