Profitable Trader

As a highly skilled and experienced trader, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our independently developed strategies within a robust infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage our proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize profits while maintaining disciplined risk management.

1. Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time.
2. Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic trading strategies.
3. Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.
4. Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.
5. Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.
6. Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments.

Entrepreneurial, Competitive, and Adaptive: You possess a disciplined approach to risk, are comfortable with data-driven decision making, and have a strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics.

Strong Proficiency: 2+ years of proven profitability in crypto trading, familiarity with trading APIs, market data feeds, and order routing (preferred).
