Visual Identity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who can create engaging designs that drive results and build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives and offline collateral.
- Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers and influencer kits.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
- Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and competitive.
- 4-6 years of experience as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging and digital campaign design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
- Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
- Strong eye for typography, color palettes and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
- Photography or art direction background.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
