As a Visual Communication Designer, you have the opportunity to shape our brand identity and create consistent and scalable designs across various platforms.

You will work closely with our design, marketing, product, HR, and customer success teams to ensure customer-centric and collaborative processes.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can craft unique engagements for our customers through impactful branding assets, digital and print materials, campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and website content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a scalable design system and component libraries for all touchpoints.
  • Crafting impactful branding assets for digital and print materials, campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and website content.
  • Breaking down complex data into visual infographics as per needs.
  • Designing brand assets, marketing collateral, employer branding materials, internal communication visuals, and ensuring brand consistency.

For this role, we are looking for someone with proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication skills and a good command of motion graphics are also essential.
