**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Originator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recommending home loan products to customers, ensuring they meet their financial needs and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Source home loan customers through various channels such as direct walk-ins, referrals, and builder tie-ups.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable home loan products.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners.
  • Follow up with customers for pending documents, verification, and disbursement process.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets set by the organization.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and sales performance.

  • Strong knowledge of home loan products and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
