Job Description:

As a dedicated Invoicing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers and meeting invoice delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and issue invoices to customers
  • Timely Delivery: Meet invoice delivery timelines
  • Customer Portal Entry: Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites
  • Electronic Submission: Submit invoices electronically via data interchange
  • Customer Specific Requirements: Understand key areas of invoicing specific to each customer
  • Invoice Accuracy Check: Verify each field on invoices before submission
  • Supporting Documentation: Ensure all supporting documents are attached to invoices
  • System Update: Timely update on invoice submission status in Navision
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with payroll & invoicing teams to accelerate invoice submission
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. A finance or commerce background is essential, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table) preferred.

  • Good accounting knowledge
