Strategic AI/ML Leader

Evaluate the potential of AI and ML technologies to enhance business outcomes, working closely with senior leadership to understand organizational processes.

  • Collaborate with functional heads to identify and solve business challenges through the strategic use of AI and Analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical questions, leveraging AI/ML techniques to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to scaling AI/ML initiatives, incorporating various AI/ML solutions.
  • Promote data-driven decision making by presenting insights to top business leaders, fostering a culture of storytelling with data.
  • Nurture external relationships with industry and academic forums to stay ahead in AI and Analytics, driving innovation and showcasing learnings.
  • Oversee AI and Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Foster a strong team culture, emphasizing solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.
Requirements:

MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc., from top-tier institutes.

  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles, preferably post-graduation.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights to top business leaders.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and project execution abilities.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI, ML, Data Science, and Gen AI through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics, ML, Deep Tech, and Gen AI technologies, including Python, R, Spark, and cloud environments.
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks and deep understanding of cloud-based services around Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI.
  • At least 8 years of experience in client-facing data science consulting roles.
