About This Opportunity :

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of autonomous ridesharing, where you will lead strategic initiatives that align with a vision to be the global leader in autonomous mobility.

You will work closely with product managers and designers to transform innovative ideas into scalable, robust technical solutions that impact millions of users.

Responsibilities include :

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to solidify leadership in autonomous ridesharing.
  • Manage multiple projects across various business domains, ensuring alignment with user experience and marketplace needs.
  • Deliver new products and innovations that enhance key performance metrics while maintaining platform reliability.
  • Build and deploy scalable technologies that prepare for future autonomous vehicle advancements.
  • Collaborate across functions including business, legal, operations, and engineering to drive project success and growth.

Requirements include :

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Proficient in core programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.

Qualifications include :

  • Experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
  • Proven track record of rapid product iteration prioritizing reliability.
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicles or transportation industry is beneficial.
  • Expertise in Operations Research, Machine Learning applications, and enterprise mobile engineering.
  • Skilled at working in complex environments and with external partners.
